At a Pause Point

Listening for What Comes Next

A guided pause for women who sense that something is shifting–and don’t want to rush past it.

I keep hearing a similar refrain in different places —

“I know something is changing… but I’m not sure what to do with that yet.”

Many women reach midlife with a quiet awareness that something is changing.

Capacity shifts.

Priorities rearrange themselves.

What used to feel manageable now takes more energy.

What used to feel important doesn’t always hold the same weight.

Some women describe this season as:

Transition ~ Recentering ~ Letting go ~ Reframing ~ Waiting for what’s next

Others feel it as restlessness, fatigue, grief, or a subtle pull toward something more intentional.

Often, it’s a mix of all of it.

And – just like most of the important times in our lives – this moment doesn’t come with an instruction manual.

There’s just a growing sense that continuing on autopilot isn’t the answer — and that rushing into the next thing might not be either.

“At a Pause Point” is an invitation to slow down

in this in-between space.

To notice what’s changing.

To listen — without pressure — for what this season of life might be asking before deciding what comes next.

What this is

(and what it isn’t):

“At a Pause Point” is a guided pause — not a push toward answers.

It’s an intentional space to slow down and pay attention to what’s already present, but often gets crowded out by urgency, expectations, or the pressure to keep going.

During our time together, you’ll be invited into:

  • gentle reflection

  • guided prompts

  • quiet space

  • optional writing or visual reflection

There’s no right or wrong way to do this.

And no requirement to share unless you want to.

This is not:

  • a workshop

  • a challenge

  • a coaching session where you’ll be asked to commit to something or take action right away

Many women find that simply giving themselves permission to pause brings insight they didn’t know was already there.

You don’t need to be at a breaking point to pause. Sometimes, it’s simply time.

Instead, it’s a supportive space to notice:

  • what feels pressing

  • what’s being released

  • what may be emerging

— without needing to rush toward clarity or decisions.

Who this is for

This space is for women who sense that something is shifting — even if they don’t yet have words for it.

You might be in a season of:

  • transition or reorientation

  • changing capacity or priorities

  • quiet restlessness

  • re-centering or letting go

Often, it’s not one thing — it’s a mix.

Many women who find their way here are navigating midlife alongside full lives:

  • caring for others

  • holding responsibility

  • showing up faithfully

All while wondering how to live this next chapter with more intention and integrity.

You don’t need to be burned out.
You don’t need to be in crisis.
You don’t need to know what you want yet.

This pause is for women who are willing to notice.
To listen.
To take themselves seriously enough to slow down before deciding what comes next.

This may not be the right space if:

  • you’re looking for quick answers

  • you want a step-by-step plan

  • you’re hoping someone will tell you exactly what to do

This is a space for discernment — not direction.

What we’ll do together

During our time together, you’ll be invited into a slow, intentional flow that includes:

  • guided reflection and prompts

  • quiet space to notice what’s present

  • optional writing or visual reflection

  • gentle facilitation to help you stay grounded and focused

You’ll have room to reflect privately.
To jot notes, write freely, or simply sit with what arises.
Sharing is always optional.

You won’t be asked to figure everything out.
You won’t be pushed toward decisions or next steps.
You won’t be required to explain yourself.

Instead, the intention is to help you listen — to your life, your body, your questions — and to notice what feels most alive, most pressing, or most ready for attention in this season.

You’ll leave with:

  • greater clarity about where you are

  • language for what you’ve been sensing

  • a deeper trust in your own inner wisdom

Not because anything was forced — but because space was finally made.

About your guide

This space will be gently guided by Kathy Goller.

Kathy is a life and leadership coach who works with women navigating seasons of transition — especially moments when what once fit no longer does, and the way forward isn’t yet clear.

Her work is grounded in listening, discernment, and honoring the wisdom that’s already present in people’s lives. She’s less interested in quick fixes than in helping women slow down, notice what’s true, and make choices that reflect who they are becoming.

Kathy brings both personal and professional experience to this work. She has lived through significant transitions of her own — including midlife changes that required her to reassess pace, priorities, and expectations — and she has spent years accompanying women who are doing the same.

You won’t be pushed.
You won’t be rushed.
You’ll be met with enough respect and care to give you space to reflect…

And enough gentle guidance to help you feel supported and clearer.

FAQs

  • No preparation is required. You may want a notebook or something to write with, but you’re welcome to simply arrive as you are. I’ll share a workbook for the experience before the session.

  • Sharing is always optional. You’ll be invited into personal reflection, but you’ll never be put on the spot or required to speak. Many women choose to keep parts of their reflection private.

  • No. This is a guided reflective experience. While the session is intentionally facilitated, it’s not focused on teaching content, giving advice, or moving you toward decisions or action steps.

  • That’s completely okay — and very common. This session is designed for women who don’t yet have clarity, but sense that something is shifting and want space to listen before deciding what comes next.

  • This session stands on its own. You’re not expected to sign up for anything else, and there’s no requirement to take a next step. If additional opportunities are mentioned, it will be gently and briefly, with no pressure.

  • Both sessions are thoughtfully designed. The midday session offers a shorter, accessible introduction, while the evening session allows for more time and depth. You’re simply choosing what best fits your capacity and schedule right now.

  • Because these sessions are reflective and experiential, the midday session will not be recorded. The evening session will be recorded, and registrants will receive access afterward if they’re unable to attend live.

If you’re unsure which option best fits your schedule or capacity, you’re welcome to choose the one that feels most supportive right now.

  • The session is grounded in reflection and discernment and is not tied to a specific faith tradition.  While some materials reflect a Christian perspective, the sessions are inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to women of all backgrounds.

If this feels like it meets you where you are,

you’re welcome here.

You don’t need to have clarity.
You don’t need to know what comes next.
You don’t need to be sure this is the pause — only that it might be a pause worth taking.

This is an invitation to slow down.
To listen with intention.
To give yourself time and guidance to notice what’s already stirring in this season of your life.

You’re free to choose the session that best fits your capacity right now — or to wait and trust your timing.

When you’re ready, you can register below.
